An African National Congress (ANC) ward councillor candidate in Buffalo City Metro faces police investigation after allegedly head-butting a Democratic Alliance (DA) member outside a voting station. The confrontation, which occurred during a heated dispute in Amalinda East, left the victim needing medical treatment for a facial injury.
