Mdantsane woman says BCM ‘stole’ her garden

An East London woman holds Buffalo City municipality directly responsible for her children’s poor health and for leaving her vegetable garden in tatters.    Mamela Sheleni, 49, of NU12 in Mdanstane, said between July and August 2019, a TLB  machine dug a sewerage pipe trench in her yard, installed the pipes but “left a mess”.
