R42m pothole mystery drives Mthatha motorists crazy

Frustration is mounting over potholes in the streets of one of the oldest suburbs in Mthatha, with a year having passed without anything being done to fix them. The KSD municipality announced more than a year ago that streets in Norwood would be revamped.
