New hotel anchors R995m investment plan which could revitalise beachfront

East London's Quigney beachfront is set for a major economic revival following the approval of two landmark property developments valued at a combined R995m. The ambitious initiative includes the R476m Seaview Terrace hotel development and the R519m Marina Glen A mixed-use commercial hub, both designed to bolster regional tourism and stimulate local enterprise.
