Yet another Eastern Cape municipal councillor has been brutally killed in the run-up to the 4 November local government elections. Ernest Fipaza, the 63-year-old Ward 10 councillor for Mbhashe municipality, was shot dead at his homestead in Dutywa on Friday night in front of family members.
