Nahoon river forum’s complaints have not reached Cogta MEC’s office, spokesperson says

No letter of complaint over three ignored court orders and the failure of Buffalo City Metro to budget for the repair of sewage-damaged Nahoon River has reached the office of Cogta MEC Zolile Williams, says his spokesperson Pheello Oliphant.
