Fort Hare accused Plaatjies still chasing bail after losing appeal

Fresh from losing an appeal in the Makhanda high court, the University of Fort Hare’s investigations and vetting director is embarking on another court bid to be released on bail.Isaac Plaatjies, 56, was refused bail in the Dimbaza magistrate’s court in December.
