Mabuyane unveils R15m traffic department, tarred roads in Ntabankulu

Eastern Cape premier Oscar Mabuyane has unveiled a R15m state-of-the-art traffic department and newly tarred streets in the Ntabankulu town centre, promising that more development is on the way.
