Former municipal manager to appeal against sentence for tender fraud

A former Enoch Mgijma municipal manager, convicted of contravening the Municipal Finance Management Act by inflating a contract, is to appeal against her three-year correctional supervision sentence and suspended sentence of four years' imprisonment, describing the sentence as unfair.
