Outrage as police dockets found dumped in Mdantsane

More than 30 police dockets which could contain sensitive personal information on victims or witnesses, were found dumped in Mdantsane on Thursday morning. A local resident was doing his regular check-ups at initiates’ huts when he found the police case files in NU10. The dockets were dumped about three metres down a shallow ravine, near a stream, with burn marks on the edges of some of the documents.
